This single origin coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia is a coffee lover's dream, with its complex flavours of Red fruits, Guava, Cocoa and a Creamy Body, it is sure to please even the most discerning palate.
Ripe cherries are delivered to Aricha Wubanchi washing station wet-mill where they are floated for defects, graded, and then placed on raised African beds, coffee is shaded between 12-3pm and turned frequently for steady drying until it reaches 11% moisture content in around 19-21 days.
