Flavour profile
This coffee comes from one of our favourite producers, whom we were proud to host at our Ascot Vale cafe in 2014.
Granja La Esperanza is a group of 6 farms in El Valle del Cauca and Cundinamarca owned by Rigoberto and Luis Eduardo Herrera, two brothers from a traditional coffee family.
This micro-lot coffee is grown at Finca Potosi and the farm looks like a garden full of different coffee varietals and is one of the most progressive and experimental farms in the world.

Incredible depth of flavour. The notes listed in the description are true to when you brew it. I find my palette recognises two prominent flavours when I drink single origins, and this one gives me dark chocolate and blueberry and it's a match made in heaven. Will absolutely be buying it again.
This is a lovely roast! To me it has strong warm chocolatey tones and while I don't usually enjoy chocolate/coffee blends this is absolutely perfect for my cold brew!
