The Reverence Coffee basket is made in Italy by IMS, being laser cut, every hole is cut individually which results in a more precise hole size unlike regular baskets, which have the holes pressed and are not uniform in size or spacing.
Manufactured as a single piece, the body is strengthened and the surface is completely smooth, we have found this basket to last longer and deliver a more consistent performance over the time, and the precise hole sizing allows for a more consistent extraction.
We recommend these baskets for all cafes using Revernece Coffee with a dose range of 20 to 24 grams depending on the coffee/grind.
