Pablo Chuy Flores is the fourth generation to tend to the crops at Linda Vista, overlooking Santa Rosa's ancient volcano crater lake, Laguba de Ayarza.
The family estate was established by his great-grandparents in the early 1900's, carried on by his grandparents and then father.
Pablo now leads 25 full time workers and provides accommodation, amenities, general medical and transport services, as well as school programs for the wider community's children.
