We have been using Todosanterita in our Lion Tamer and Night Vision blends for several seasons, it's a coffee that gets requested often due to its crowd pleasing versatility as a milk or black coffee, so it's now a permanent single origin offering.
What makes it even better is that this coffee is produced by the indigenous community of the Q’tan’ma, the group has 131 members of which 16 are women heads of household.
So it not only tastes great, but it's supporting local communities with better living conditions and services such as drinking water, clinics, schools, libraries, and modern technology.
The Coop also try to achieve better prices for the farmer's produce, and to provide agricultural education and financial backing.
