Sítio Prata is a remarkable specialty coffee originating from the southern region of Minas Gerais in Brazil. Cultivated on an 8-hectare farm in Nova Resende, this coffee is the product of a single family's dedication to coffee growing.
The history of Sítio Prata is deeply rooted in the family's long-standing connection to coffee cultivation. Marlene, a key figure in the farm's operations, grew up assisting her father in coffee harvesting and has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in coffee production. Together with her husband Osvaldo Bachião, Marlene continues to manage the farm with a strong commitment to quality and tradition.
Sítio Prata also emphasises environmental sustainability and community development through initiatives such as the Gerações Protocol and Donas do Café Especialíssimo programs. These efforts support the local community and promote sustainable farming practices.
